Last Friday night (8th September), some of the Scarf team donned their finest glad rags to celebrate the organisation being a finalist in the Best Employer category at the glittering event held in the Marcliffe Hotel.
The award recognises the firm that best demonstrates its commitment to its people and dedication to creating a standout company culture. Scarf was up against some strong competition including BP and accountancy firm, A2B, making the announcement that the organisation had won even more impressive.
Scarf Chief Executive, Thane Lawrie, accepted the award from host and BBC breakfast reporter, Steph McGovern. He said: ‘Scarf takes pride in its award-winning culture and is commitment to developing staff and giving them opportunities to contribute to the growth of the company. This award is a fantastic representation of the commitment we show to our staff.’
