For the next six weeks, Claire Forman and George Noble will be at various locations in the Peterhead area offering advice to communities about energy efficiency and affordable warmth.
They will also refer to Scarf’s other advice services for further support.
Energy Champions Project Co-ordinator, Emma Paterson, said: “We are delighted to see the project’s first Energy Champions get out and about to help communities heat their homes for less.
“Congratulations to both Claire and George for their efforts and we are sure they will use the knowledge and skills learned effectively as they make a positive impact in the community.”
The Energy Champions will be available at a variety of locations in Peterhead on Thursdays and Fridays, including Compass Point and the Community Hub.
