General energy efficiency advice given to all householders on, insulation measures, grants and offers, how to change fuel supplier, help with fuel bill problems, condensation/dampness problems, we will offer Low Energy Lightbulbs and a Powerdown plug to all who complete a pledge, and a home visit can be arranged if required.
